Dynamicron has led the commercialization of a new product from concept to launch.
This included formula validation, packaging development, line trials, SKU setup, vendor qualification, and full-scale production readiness. By establishing Stage-Gate controls and coordinating R&D, QA, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, we achieved a successful launch with on-time delivery, cost targets met, and zero quality issues.

PROCESS AUTOMATION
To reduce labor and increase throughput, Dynamicron managed the design and installation of an automated solution to replace manual processing. This included equipment selection, vendor management, commissioning, SOP development, and operator training. The project delivered measurable results: reduced labor cost, improved speed and consistency, enhanced food safety, and higher line efficiency.
